Travel & Health Documents
A Canadian Citizen must be in possession of a passport that is valid
for a minimum of six months from the conclusion of their journey.
Tour participants must also ensure that they comply with all visa
and health requirements of countries they intend to visit.
Reservation and Deposit
A guaranteed non-refundable minimum deposit of CAD $200.00 per person
is required at time of booking. Full and final payment is required
no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Tour Insurance
We highly recommend the purchase of adequate cancellation, health,
or comprehensive insurance, which must be purchased at time of initial
deposit. If you have coverage with your credit card company, it
is important to confirm exactly what your coverage does or does
not cover.

Prices are based on availability. Prices may change without
notice.
Final Tour Documents
Documentation will be sent once Swan Travel has received full payment
and / or credit card authorization.
Cancellation and Refund
In the event of cancellation, Canada Swan International Travel must
receive written notice at least 90 days prior to departure to avoid
penalty. Cancellation notices received within 90 days of departure
will be subject to the following penalties.
60 days prior $200.00
59 to 45 days prior 50%
Under 45 days 100%
