Mariam Li – General Manager
Mariam joined company two years ago. With over 15 years administration and management work experience, she provides great contribution to Swan Travel. Mariam is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Based on her personality and people-skill, she has good relationship with all staff as well as company’s customer. 

Julia Jiang – Flight Department Manager
With over one decade of experience in travel industry, Julia is attuned to the tastes and needs of international travelers. Julia has been with Swan Travel since the company's founding. Designing unique cultural and cruise tours to serve family and individual travelers has making her become one of top professional leisure tour expert. Julia was original born in Shanghai and had her tourism management degree completed in Canada. Her rich knowledge of China allows her to respond to each client's individual needs and craft unforgettable experiences for both first time visitors to China and high-end client. Julia loves traveling, especially of Cruise trip, her passion and experiences about it make her become a most knowledgeable cruise trip operator.

Tina Liu –Senior Travel Consultant
Tina involves with the travel industry for more than six year. She has executed countless programs in many different areas of China. Full of rich Air fare and ticketing knowledge, Tina is always willing to find the best air offer for clients. As a result of experience in the travel industry, she is intimately familiar with the cultural tour - shown in her ability to design unique itineraries for first-time visitor. By nature she is a warm-hearted problem solver and very detail oriented, and is always open to accommodating client requests.

Francis Guo – Marketing Manager
With strong marketing and tourism education background, Francis contributed his knowledge and skills to tourism industry four years ago. He joined Swan Travel in 2009 and now plays a key role in company’s advertisement, delegation group, marketing planning and E-marketing. 

Ajax Xu – Assistant Marketing Manager
Graduated from UBC, Ajax started his career at Swan Travel. He works as marketing research, evaluation, monitoring and analyzing specialist with strong focus on tourism marketing and tourism advertisement. Mr.Xu also provides good customer service since he has very patient and detail-oriented attitude and out-standing personally.
