GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Swan Travel shall use its best effort for arranging and planning the tour itinerary and hotel accommodation.
2. Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before the tour’s departure, Swan Travel reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour, and any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participants.
3. No refund shall be given for any portions of package unused by the participant of his/her own accord.
4. Should holidays, political upheavals, bad weather conditions or the like arise, local agents conducting the tour reserve the right to alter the itinerary as necessary and non refundable, any additional expenses incurred shall be charged to participants.
5. Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government country of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. Swan travel will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
6. When the total number of tour members should fall below 4 people, Swan reserves the right to cancel the tour without any responsibility.
7. Swan Travel accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchases while on tour.

ITINERARY VALIDITY
The tour itinerary, group departure dates and prices are detailed online. All information in this itinerary is accurate to the best of our knowledge but please note that changes to can and do occur. This may be due to our effort to improve the quality of the trip or logistical reasons such as changes in train/flight schedules or government travel restriction or policies. Swan Travel will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes.

RESERVATIONS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is CAD 300 per person and is payable at the time of booking to guarantee all bookings. Balance of payment is payable 45 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you cancel a trip you might forfeit your deposit or even more. Please refer to the schedule below:
• 45 days or more prior to trip departure - Loss of deposit
• Between 31 -44 days prior to trip departure -50% of total tour price will be forfeited
• Between 30 days prior to trip departure –no refund

When you make reservation please confirm your passport name. Once ticket issued, penalty will apply.
